First floor:

• 1 double bedroom with double bed and crib

• 1 bathroom with double sinks, shower, and separate toilet

• 1 play area with books and board games

• 1 large dormitory room: 3 single beds, a double sofa bed, and a crib — flexible sleeping arrangements
