The Best of the Best Holiday Inn Express
Publié le 15 févr. 2024 sur HotelsWe had an overnight stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Fairfield and we were very impressed by the excellent and friendly service, the cleanliness of the hotel and our room, and the delicious breakfast. Our room was clean, roomy, and the bed and pillows were comfortable for a sound restful sleep. We look forward to visiting again.

At first I was thoroughly impressed. The womsm working the night desk is a gem. She's kind, warm, and will talk your ear off. I truly enjoyed my check in and check out experience because of her.
The day staff and whatever manager are either related or friends. I almost always use Expedia to book. Gives me options. My job ran over by a day, so i needed to add a day. The lady at the desk told me that there was nothing she could do, i needed to call Expedia. Well, Expedia says to contact the hotel. I'm not going to contact Expedia again, only to be told to contact the hotel again. When I reached out to corporate, the manager backed her desk clerk. Look, don't take my word alone, read reviews on other sites like G Maps.

Very nice place to stay

Very clean, comfortable bed, plenty of towels, reasonable priced concession store though not well stocked. Nice, friendly service.The location was good as well. Very nice stay.
