Hôtel simple mais convenable. Draps et serviettes moyennement propres, car manque de personnel nous a t on dit.... Au Petit déj, la serveuse préfère regarder son tel plutôt que de remettre des bagels, pas gracieuse. Lit trop mou a notre goût. Note, 5 sur 10

Not a good place to stay

The room was TINY. I know it is called Microtel and now I know why. Will never book a Microtel again. The breakfast was OK....except There was no juice and the machine had not been working for a while. Also the pancake makes was out of order and had been for a few days

This place is horrible, no maintenance or housekeeping late at night. Our room toilet wouldnt flush and maintenance couldnt come for a few hours. The room was filthy, crumbs between the beds, stains on sheets, 1 bed was broken and leaning. TV remote was nasty dirty. Will not stay here again.

Worst Hotel Ever

Worst hotel experience of my life. From the rattling HVAC that maintenance could not fix (he said he didn’t have a single tool to use for his job), to the ant infestation coming from a crack in the window (and all inside our suitcases), to TVs that did not work (we were given a new room after the ants and the front desk clerk said “I don’t know how the TVs work, I’m not from this hotel”), to the bed frame that was off center and my daughter injured her leg because the metal part was hidden by the bed skirt, to the disgusting stains all over the room (from carpet to the doors), it was awful. This hotel is in absolute shambles. Every handle is upside down on the doors so keys don’t work properly and they require mental gymnastics to open. I asked for the manager to call and she did not contact me. I will never, ever stay at a Microtel again, and I will place this review everywhere to serve as a warning to others.

Musty smell in the room, stains on the bedding, I couldn’t wait to check out. Definitely won’t be back.

I apologize for your inconvenience. We are now under new management and making big changes, retraining and upgrading. We have replaced our linen inventory and deep cleaned the rooms to improve our customer satisfaction, as well as upgrading breakfast. We value your feedback.

Hotel had a bad odor. Our floor had about 10 people arguing and cussing on the hallway. Sheets were dirty. Remote had food dried up on it.

Needed to be cleaned bathroom dirty, walls too thin Place wasn’t worth the money. Breakfast wasn’t all out at 6.
