Before your stay, we will ask you to complete a quick identity verification through our guest portal. It takes just a few minutes and is how we ensure every Gilson stay is seamless and secure. A valid driver's license and rental agreement are all that is needed to confirm your check-in details.
A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival â similar to a hotel holding a credit card on file â and released in full after checkout once all access items are returned. Guests may also choose a non-refundable Damage Waiver instead, selected during the pre-arrival verification process.
