Point : chambre propre Points - : Hotel en travaux. Nous n’avons rien contre les gens qui travaillent, mais nous avions roulé toute la journée et espérions pouvoir dormir… La scie et la perceuse à 6h du matin ?!? Nul. Et la grosse déception c’est le petit dej.., une pièce très sale avec rien ! Je suis allée à l’accueil et on nous a donné un sac avec un muffin, une pomme et une petite bouteille de jus de fruit tiède. J’ai demandé s’il était possible d’en avoir une fraîche au moins, et on m’a répondu qu’il y avait un frigo dans la chambre, qu’il suffisait de la mettre dedans et attendre un peu. Nul. Bref, non je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Nous sommes repartis déçus 😞.

It was 8 bugs in my room and she put me in a new room that had more bugs! I went to a 3rd room that had one bug but they said I couldnt get a refund.

The first room that I was in the bed dipped in the middle and was hard as a rock, I went back down and requested a different room. The second room had stuff left in the refrigerator along with a mess, the side table was messy and sticky, the chair in the room was disgusting And the room overall had a pungent smell, not a clean one. I didn't make it to looking at the bed or the bathroom because I was terrified that it would be worse than the rest of the room was. So I went back down and requested my money back they said they couldn't refund the money because I hadn't been charged yet so they supposedly canceled the charge. Which I still had the charge in my bank and I still had to go find a different hotel so I was out a couple hundred bucks for one trip. Then the charge was not canceled they actually charged it so then I had to reach out and try to get the money refunded as well. Definitely not a good stay and would not recommend to anyone.

Just Bad Service

I checked-in about 8pm and it went well. In the room, the refrigerator was leaking into the carpet so when i went near it my socks got wet. The chair at the desk had dried up.spills and crusted white stuff on it. Chunks of paint and drywall had been knocked out of several walls. Also, part of the wood finish under the TV and above the desk was hanging loose. I had paid about $65/night for three nights so I wasn't expecting luxury, but I wasn't comfortable sitting in that chair either. And the other issues were messing up my mood. In the morning, after breakfast I told the guy at the front desk that my room was kinda worn down and asked if he had any nicer rooms i could move to. He said i couldn't move (there were less than 20 cars in the parking lot the night before and that morning, so the place was not close to being completely booked) I asked if i could get a different chair bc of the issues with mine. He said that they don't replace furniture. I could remove the chair but I couldn't have another one. So, i asked if i could reduce my stay and check out that day. He said they don't give refunds and I'd have to take it up with the agency i booked with. In the end, Hotels.com said they begged him to refund my two unused days and he agreed. But, I'd have to check out by 11am. It was 10:45am. As i was returning my room key, he said he'd taken care of everything with the agency and thanked me for my stay, as if he'd done me a favor.

The property was just OK for what we paid. The lobby was very old looking so I was nervous about how my room would look. Honestly, it looked better than I thought however, I was not able to get any rest. Someone got the room next to us around 1030, and from 1030 to about 2:30 AM they played the music very loudly, I went to the front desk to complain and he said he would take care of it but he did not because I waited at the door to see if he would. I probably would not stay there again because I don’t like the fact that the situation was not handled .
