Yesterday evening the 29th of December at Comfort Inn Fayetteville and at the season of holidays I had One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The receptionist was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of doing her job and assisting guests, she spoke with an attitude and treated me with clear disrespect.we were trying to ask her questions about our staying she wasn't responding properly. She was dealing with us like a trash !!!!. Besides that, she treated me with extreme racism, while she treated other customers kindly.This behavior is unacceptable in any place or any hotel, especially at the front desk where guests form their first impression. Her attitude alone was enough to ruin the experience, and it seriously reflects poorly on hotel management.

This is a good solid hotel. Not overly modern, but a reasonable price. Good water pressure and the lotions/shampoo/conditioner type in the shower and bath smelled very nice. Location wasn't very loud.

Friendly staff. Hotel is rather dated and could use some upgrades but good enough for the price. The microwave in my room didn’t work very well but after some struggle I was able to finally get my dinner reheated. Conveniently next door to Cracker Barrel which was convenient for takeout.
