The front desk was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's an older motel but efforts have been made to keep it well worth the low price. This was graduation weekend at the University of Arkansas, and every other hotel/motel in town had quadrupled, or even more, their rates. My thanks to the owners! The Best Western in town had canceled my reservation made in March, but agreed to reinstate it at FIVE TIMES my original reservation!!

Room was dirty, i did not step foot into the shower. Walks had blood and more, i was not given a new room after letting desk know. I felt as if they did not care. . Expedia did credit me $50 in one-key which was great. I was able to use this to find a clean room at the Supoer 8 a shoirt distance away for next night. Only bright spot was the clerk at check in nice. room upon letting dedk knowxthexproblems

Good location, but access was difficult at times due to traffic and proximity to a busy intersection. The overall value made the stay enjoyable and I would definitely stay again.

When I got to my door, there was a mini-frig sitting by the front door. The floor was uneven and soft in some places. There were roaches crawling across the floor. The shower head was about chin height and the water pressure was almost too low to shower well. Also, there was not hot water. I checked out after the first night. I was supposed to stay two nights but after the roaches I wanted to leave.
