It was my first time staying in a hostel. Apparently, I made reservations for a coed dorm. I was the only woman with 5 men for the first 3 days of my stay. It all went well. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was cleaned well by the female cleaning person but not so well by the male cleaning person. It was in a great location across the street from a train station and around the corner from a food mart. I enjoyed the energy and atmosphere. If you needed snacks or an adapter for your electronics, you could purchase it from the vending machines. Nice place!

I have stayed in this chain before in other cities but I feel that some small issues have downgraded the experience, keep in mind that I booked a private room not a shared one, no extra pillows were available and the breakfast I found very basic

Stayed here for 3 nights.The place is easy to locate and is opposite the train station( smaller station-not tge central). Staff are friedly and the service is amazing.
