Publié le 21 mars 2024 sur HotelsHotel was clean, rooms large and well equipped, staff friendly. After arriving exhausted from heavy traffic in Cincinnati we were amazed to find they had pizza available that night! Great breakfast with lots of choices.
Going to find out more about Florence so we can find an excuse to come back!

My wife & I for the most part enjoyed the stay overnight. A couple of issues came about for me personally. The bed was the bounciest bed i have ever been on, & while my wife had the breakfast nothing on my end struck my fancy so i went down the road to another establishment. anyways we will come back & give it another shot in the future

Thank you for your honest review of our Hotel. Oh my, you must have gotten the bounciest bed in the house! If we know ahead of time, we will find the right fit for you as we have several mattress styles throughout the Hotel. Certainly we enjoyed having you and will welcome you anytime.

Eric was so nice to work for us to get into our room as soon as possible since the airline messed up our arrival time. The room was great, with the bonus of the kitchen amenities. I loved the family atmosphere of the place, including the nice breakfast options, a guest laundry facility, and they even offered free pizza to the guests on Wednesday night! It was also a plus that they provided extra needed items to grab (towels, Kleenex, etc in a central location if you needed it. The only drawback was the tv reception wasn’t always good, but I don’t think it was their fault. But they did supply dvd players in the room and a whole library of movies to check out for free.
