The lady who serviced the kitchen and food area was excellent. She worked hard to keep it clean and stocked and was accommodating and pleasant and anxious to please.

I liked the fact there were lots of restaurants in the area and the community looked clean. I did not like that the breakfast was over at nine on Sunday morning. Also, the hallways to get to the elevators is very narrow. We did have an issue with the sink in the bathroom not draining; however, the front desk man had it repaired in no time!

Nice clean hotel, staff were nice and helpful with any questions i had. I missed breakfast because of self!

The property is under renovation but it was never mentioned until the night before we arrived. And it only mentioned business center but it turned out the lobby too. The room heating unit is noisy, and elevator. The soundproof is not good. And the worst is it never mentioned anywhere that the hotel is used as shelter. Stuff is hard to find. We and other customers waited for 20 mins for front desk staff showed up

Hello,We was 1 of 4 hotels in our city being used to house over 200 local families that were displaced from their homes due to an apartment fire. We worked directly with the Red Cross to help these people in need providing food, clothes, and supplies. We will not apologize for helping these people in their time of need.Regarding renovations, it is posted on all websites that we are doing work at the hotel.
