The woman at the front desk was very thorough and took time to explain the questions on the form I had to answer, the security deposit, checkout time and crediting the deposit back, etc. It was a lot of imformation but she kept it from not being overwhelming

needs alot of updateing phone would not work wires hanges out of ceiling bed look like someone had done sleep in it the bathtub had no plug you had to take shower only there was no COFFEE pot or breakfast outside of room the building was very dirty

It was an ok stay. A little outdated. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. There was no lock on the bathroom door. We couldn’t find the ice machine. The vending machines didn’t have much in them.

Breakfast is no longer included, which was a surprise, and disappointing, seeing as this was part of the reason we stayed. Wires were exposed and furniture was stained...I would avoid in the future!

It was clean but shabby. Holes in the wall had been repaired poorly and there was junk around. They advertised breakfast but had none.

I recall that free breakfast was listed in the information on the hotel. There were signs stating that this was closed due to Covid. But plenty of places are doing breakfast. Also 2 years into the pandemic listing a free breakfast is false advertising.

It says breakfast included on their sign and on expedia and they don’t have anything not even coffee in the room
