Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The one positive is the location. There was no communication prior to check in , except to collect the city tax. We arrived to an unmarked location and started trying to confirm we were at the correct location and wanting to drop off our bags. They did get back to us , informing us we can not drop off our bags until check-in at 3. We did get instructions for checking that went smoothly after that. (We found a locker for our luggage a few blocks away). The room is large. There seemed to only be ac in the room with the bed. I felt the other rooms would be basically unusable but we weren’t there long enough to find out. Also the ‘washer’ was a small thing about the size of a crockpot that we googled how to use. You would only be able to put 1-2 items in it. Fill it with water yourself, empty, rinse, etc all done by hand. It would have taken 2 days to do a wash! But the real problems started when we used the bathroom,, the toilet make a weird sucking sound, the shower stall backed up with unknown fluid and toilet waste. The whole apt filled with the most horrible smell! Unfortunately it was around midnight. We were sweaty from a full day of being a tourist and was in desperate need of a shower and bed. We messaged the listing agent and when we did not get a response, we left the facility and got another hotel for our stay. The listing agent did get back to us the following day and stated, since we did not wait for them to try to fix the problem first, they would not give a refund
