La struttura è molto comoda, a due passi dal centro storico di Firenze. Ha una bellissima sala comune ed una comoda cucina. La stanza nella quale ho soggiornato molto grande e spaziosa, tuttavia mancante di alcune comodità. Tipo un posto dove poter lasciare la valigia aperta ( l’armadio non è comodo per chi soggiorna 2 notti) , appendi asciugamani nel bagno vicino al bidet ed al lavabo, solo due ganci vicino la doccia. Ed un telecomando funzionante per l’aria condizionata, non sono riuscito a regolare la temperatura . Molto gradita la sorpresa di benvenuto trovata nel frigobar. Nel complesso può migliorare

Ce est pas un bled and breakfast.nous étions au courant que la réception était virtuelle mais tout est virtuel ! Check in pas disponible à 15h, de gentils hommes de ménage voyant que j étais très fatiguée ( handicapée sans fauteuil ) ont arrêté de préparer la chambre en cours pour commencer la nôtre ! Le petit dej est déni ds un sac devant votre chambre et n est pas bon et vous vous débrouillez avec votre cafetière ds la chambre ( en b&b à priori il y a le service!). Très très peu de lumière ds la chambre car fenêtre donnant sur une impasse minuscule. Bref très loin de l image sur le site

Très décevant. Les commentaires trouvés sur le site datent de l'époque où le Haggis était tenu par un couple. Avec la reprise par Numa, les services sont aussi virtuels que la réception. Tout se passe par WhatsApp quand la réception veut bien répondre... Tout commence par un check-in normalement dû à 15h et qui se retrouve décaler à 16h30 (prévenu par WhatsApp 2h avant!) Et ça continue, en 7 jours nous n'avons jamais eu la formule de petit déjeuner commandée ! D'ailleurs il s'agit d'un vulgaire sac en papier contenant des articles industriels pas très savoureux. Le ménage n'est fait que 1 fois le jour de l'arrivée pour des séjours inférieurs à 8 jours, jamais vu ça... Un placard dans le couloir de l'étage contient les "essentiels" (papier hygiénique, serviettes, dosettes café) et il faut donc se réapprovisionner soi-même en espérant que les placards soient pleins. Seul point positif, les chambres sont spacieuse et la literie confortable et de bonne qualité. La place du Duomo est proche, 7 minutes à pieds. Bref, Numa Palazzo Haggis n'est ni un hôtel, ni un appart hôtel, ni un bed&breakfast. A fuir!
