***This Property Books on Cooperstown Dreams Park calendar only!
1825 Cottage - The original frame of this recently renovated home was post and beam construction, but the whole interior is new. The original beams are exposed, and old building materials have been re-purposed - giving this an upscale mix of vintage architecture and contemporary style.
1825 Cottage has an open floor plan on the first floor. A delightful covered patio provides a private area for outside dining and relaxing. There is one bedroom and one bath on the first floor, and three bedrooms and a bath on the second floor.
This home is neighbor to 1825 Farmhouse and 1825 Barn. They all share the 35-acre well-maintained grounds. There is a shared scenic pond and fire pit. Get to know families from other states and swap baseball philosophies around the campfire under the stars. The property backs up to the Fly Creek Cider Mill and the host maintains a footpath to the Cider Mill.

Wonderful cottage stay in Fly Creek close to Cooperstown and the cider mill! Owners very attentive and easy to communicate with. Clean and well appointed with everything you need!
House was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was roomy with very nice appliances. Glassware could be a little better. No wine glasses or cocktail glasses.
We had a nice stay while we were in town for Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was close to the park, on a nice property and had everything that we needed. We were grateful that we were able to drop off our luggage a little early.
If you're going to Cooperstown and Cooperstown Dreams Park, this is place to stay. The house is even better than the pictures show it and you're minutes away from everything. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Beautiful historic home. We were visiting the area with warmer weather and no AC available. Heat difficult to adjust to make it comfortable. Overall a nice property.
I liked that it had 4 bedrooms which worked for 4 adults. It was also close to town which required minimal driving. A nice comfortable place to stay and the recliner was a bonus.
The 1825 Cottage was perfect for our stay of 7 friends exploring Cooperstown. The management company answered questions quickly prior to booking. The homeowner was very nice and welcoming. The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities - pots, pans, utensils, dishes, Keurig, etc. Only 1 bedroom has a TV but that didnât matter as we were only in the bedrooms to sleep. The common areas of the home are cozy and ample. We did not use the fire pit as it was very cold, but it would definitely be a nice end to a day around town during the warmer months. The only improvement would be to have some extra pillows on hand. We were only able to find 1 extra. Wonderful stay overall! We will definitely look at the 1825 Cottage for a return stay!
Stayed here w my son for a presidents day weekend trip to the hof. The cottage is clean, rusti3c and very well equipped. It is very centrally located to the HOF (5 mins), Clark sports center (7 mins), and ommegang (7 mins). Similar short
