Publié le 30 nov. 2023 sur HotelsWhen arriving there was no one at the front. Took a deposit did not receive a receipt. The carpet in the room in dire need of replacing. There was hair in tub and on dispenser. This is my third stay at this property and I won’t be back.

Never again,We are truly sorry to hear of your experience with no one at the desk. Generally there is only one GSR working the desk and they may have stepped away to help a guest or personal reasons. But we are sorry we left a bad impression on your experience on your stays. We have a renovation coming up next year, everything will be replaced and fresh.Thank you for your time and please stay safe.

I stay here every time I’m in town! Rooms are in good condition and clean. Staff is pleasant and breakfast is always a hit!
