Best weekend getaway
Publié le 28 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had such a great time at Rio Vista this past weekend. It was exactly what we were looking for and expected. We had friends with a boat that picked us up the first day, then the second day we just hung out in the yard/water at the house. We grilled and hung out at night, especially enjoying the screened in back porch! We had a great time and can’t wait to go back!

Too hot
Publié le 22 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayThe location was beautiful but the house was filthy. The refrigerator had spills in it and the bathroom was in need of a deep clean. There was dog hair everywhere that had not been swept up and the air conditioner filter looked like it had not been changed in a year. I mean the filter was so dirty and clogged up it’s a wonder it did not burn the air conditioner up or should I say what cooling it did. Every night it was at least 78 degrees in there.

I apologize for anything that was not acceptable. We pay a cleaning lady to clean before and after each rental. I certainly do not want future renters to believe that it is not acceptable . These matters will certainly be addressed AS"AP.

Beautiful location with a great view

Communication with the owner was easy and she responded immediately. The bed were comfortable the house was much bigger than i thought it would be. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay.

Publié le 27 févr. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe house was perfectly situated on the beautiful lake! There was a great fire pit and porch to sit on and view. The house was clean and had a lot of seating. I do wish the beds were made prior to arrival, but other than that this house was a peaceful getaway.

Publié le 2 déc. 2021 sur HomeAwayBeautiful property and a home away from home. Very relaxing and just what was needed for a busy family. We took our time, hunted, and soaked in fresh air. Quiet area away from the hustles and bustles of Miami. Loved it!
