Service sucked. Housekeeping was not available. We had to wash our own towels. They charge me resort fees which was just crazy amount and that was after I paid in full

Hello Maciej. We're sad to hear that you were not happy during your stay. Please remember that you have booked a privately owned unit and daily housekeeping was not included in your reservation's rental payment. You only paid for the exit cleaning. Furthermore, the resort fee that you paid was for the resort's amenities. Hope this clears your confusion. Thank you.

Every single little detail was an extra charge. Room had a lot of small issues. Service for the room terrible. WAY overpriced for what we got. Would not go again.

Hello Debbie. That is not the service we want you to experience and we're sorry you've gone through those inconveniences. We have already endorsed your concern to our property management team to further check your claims. Note that the additional charges were resort fees and valet fees that were disclosed to you prior to booking. If there are any charges you were not supposed to be charged please bring it to our attention so we adjust it immediately. Hoping that this has enlighten some of your confusions regarding the extra charge you have mentioned.

Everything from staff( Ricardo) attending to all our needs, to services (pool, restaurant) perfect setting for a family reunion. We will definitely come back and this time take advantage of All the places and ideas that they told us about. Great Customer service.
