Hotel needs updating

Poor TV service and Black out curtain wouldn't roll down. Had to put pillows in window to block view from parking lot

Charges for pet fees are ridiculous will not be staying at your facilities ever again.

Dear Alonzo,We do understand your concerns, however not only is our pet fee listed on our website, but also sent via e-mail as soon as you book your reservation directly with the 3rd party you booked through. We do have a 75 Pet Fee and this is Per Pet, Per Room, Per Stay. However you had decided to not disclose your two (2) pets at check-in and instead decided to bring them through a side door.We certainly understand your concerns and frustration you had, however we are very transparent with our fees.

Everything was good except when I first went in the room it smelled like smoke, But after I reported it they took care of the smell so the rest of my stay was great!

Sleeping with the roaches

When you walk in it seems very clean- nope! $181 for a room that I have to share with roaches with our kids too! Also, bring a fan- their AC doesn’t work. They gave us a free room but really? Come on man!

Had a nice stay aside from upstair rooms stomping at late hours. Gym was nice and clean as was the rest of the Property. The staff was very nice and courteous.
