This charming 2-bedroom condo is ideal for first-time travelers and experienced renters, offering everything needed for an unforgettable stay. Nestled in a friendly neighborhood, this second-floor gem comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, as well as your furry friend.

The inviting main living area features a comfy full sleeper sofa, a smart TV, and direct access to a private balcony with a hot tub – perfect for soaking in stunning mountain views after a day of exploring. (Please note - The hot tub is serviced weekly and is only accessible by entering the home, so we may reach out during your stay regarding the tech stopping by.) The fully equipped kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining and living areas, making meal prep and dining a breeze.

The primary bedroom is a sanctuary with a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower, and a smart TV. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and its own smart TV. An additional full bathroom with a tub-shower combo adds convenience, along with extra space provided by a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

Highlights include the hot tub-equipped patio and a detached garage for 1 vehicle plus 1 outdoor space for easy parking. Though on the second floor without an elevator, the beautiful surroundings make it worth the climb.

Located just 7 miles from Winter Park Ski Resort, you'll have easy access to world-class skiing and snowboarding. In warmer months, enjoy nearby hiking and biking trails, including Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake, both less than 35 miles away. *DOG RULES​:
- MAX of 2 dogs allowed; there is a $100 pet fee per dog, and you will be held responsible for damages.

- If an unapproved pet is found at the property, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and a $1000 fine will be incurred.
- Please keep pets off of the beds and furniture.
- Cleanup - Please pick up after your pet by disposing of any waste in the dumpsters before you check out from the property.​ A $50 fee will be incurred if animal waste is not removed from the property.

Hot tub AND bunk bed!

Our family of 4 with 2 small children really enjoyed our stay. The bunk bed and hot tub were definitely the highlights for the kids and the adults appreciated the well appointed kitchen and prompt communication from the property manager. Overall a great place to stay!
