Totally Remodeled Cozy Apartment. 2.5 miles to Delaware Turf!

This is a cozy 1 bedroom studio apartment with a full bathroom and small kitchen right in the heart of downtown Frederica, Delaware. Everything inside this apartment is new! Access is super easy via Wi-Fi lock and the apartment has its own private entrance so that you can come and go as you please.

This apartment is 2.5 miles to Delaware Turf Sports Complexans 30 miles to the beaches. Route 1 freeway access is only half a mile from this space.

New memory foam mattresses are included on all beds and hotel quality cotton sheets (The king bed is a comfortable 12 inch memory foam). There is a 65 inch HDTV with channels available via YouTubeTV. A desk (as pictured) with charging for laptop/devices or for eating a meal is provided. White noise machines are available at each nightstand if you prefer white noise while you sleep. This space is professionally cleaned after each use.

The town of Frederica does have two good restaurant options. Frederica Pizza and Pasta house is a short walk from the front door of this apartment and a great place to grab something to eat or drink without having to get in your car. Burgers & Brews is also a short walk and has live music most weekends (only open March – November). JPs on the Wharf is another great restaurant with live music on the weekends located 6.2 miles in the small fishing town of Bowers Beach.

On street parking is free and available. As always, please make sure to not leave any valuables in your vehicle & keep it locked.

NO SMOKING. Any smoking done in the unit will result in an automatic $500 fee.

There is a firehouse across the street from this space. Alarms are not daily and most are not during bedtime hours, however, full disclosure that there the chance of the sound of a fire siren.

Beautiful and new. Exactly as we expected. Super easy to find and no issues with entry or parking. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Only feedback is there is not really anywhere to sit other than the beds or tall stools. Curt obviously put time and money into fixing this space and making it comfortable for a VRBO. New full size refrigerator, new stacked LG washer/drier, huge king size bed, stacked full beds with a pull out trundle bed, new toaster oven and microwave, etc. The best feature for us though was the proximity to DE Turf. It is very close making it very convenient for lacrosse tournaments.

Property was updated, clean and we didn't need anything from home (pillows, blankets). Was extremely close to the DE Turf complex. Frederica Pizza and pasta is a minute walk away, decent food. Husband wanted to thank the owner for not having cheap tiolet paper.

Beautiful Apartment

Beautiful apartment close to 2 great Restaurants within walking distance. Apartment was equipped with everything you needed to make a small meal. Kitchens also had full size refrigerator, Keurig (with coffee), toaster oven and microwave. Full Size washer and dryer also. Short drive to DE Sports Complex, 25 Minutes to LEWES Beach. Host was great and made sure everything was good. Will definitely try to stay here again!

What a great rental

My son and I stayed in the apartment as we attended NAL lacrosse event. First it’s clean, comfortable and a great value! It was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with a full size refrigerator and brand new LG washer and dryer. That weekend was hot on the field but the apartment was cool and comfortable. Also there were two really good restaurants across the fire station parking lot. They were convenient and excellent! We will definitely stay here again.

Just perfect!

We were very impressed all around. Not that there were any issues but the owners were so prompt with communication. The unit was clean, well appointed and had many creature comforts. The no touch toilets were very cool. Everything was modern and helpful. Loved the touchless lamps with USB ports! We hope this unit is available for future visits to the DE turfs. Can't get much closer!
