Location was good for our fishing trip. The room was clean but the bathtub did not drain properly, the sheets were worn, the hair dryer was not working and the coffee pot was missing. The coffee was like tar and the food options very basic.

I strongly advise staying away! There are groups of people loitering on the stairs and in the parking lot at all hours of the night. During my first night, a fight broke out in the parking lot that required the intervention of three police cars. Less than 30 minutes later, the same individuals were fighting again. I reported the situation to the front desk, where I noticed small children wandering the stairways and parking lot, crying and looking confused. When I asked the front desk to call the police, they informed me that they were not allowed to do so. I requested to check out early and only be charged for one night, since I felt unsafe, but they declined my request. The bed sheets were dingy with yellow and black stained, and the entire room had a musty smell, as if it had been mopped with old water. The shampoo bottles were labeled as Dove, but contained a watered-down pink dish detergent. The body wash bottle was empty, forcing me to use that unpleasant pink substance. Avoid this place!

The property was clean, the staff was helpful, and it was convenient location to the beaches we visited. We did have any interruption in sleep through neighbors but management was prompt in taking care of the problem.
