Bonita Beauty by the Beach and Good Fishing

Beautiful Properties with Superb view of the intercostal waterway. Property is about 5 minutes biking distance from the beach. Perfect rental properties for the summer, weekend, and holiday getaway. Enjoy the Beach during the day and Fishing at night in the property's backyard. House was not affected by Hurricane Harvey making it dry and safe. Lots of crabs are caught throughout the days on the intracostal waterway in the back side along with the canal side on the canal in front of the house. Galveston Island is about 20 minutes drive along the beach road to enjoy entertainments and restaurants. Pleasure pier is about 30 minutes drive away.

The house is a 3 bedroom house with 2 Bathroom and 2 showers capable of sleeping 11 people. One room and 2 Bunk beds. One Bunk have 2 twin and one Bunk with a twin and a full bed. The other 2 rooms have a Queen bed. The couch can be pulled out to a Full Bed capable of sleeping 2 people.

House is furnished with all the necessary appliances except a dishwasher. Water is from the city instead of well water.

House is nonsmoking. Area is quiet with only one way into area making it very safe and peaceful for kids, biking, scooters and walking. Street to the house is newly paved making it smooth and comfortable to bike and walk. There is one deck in the back of the house looking straight at the intracostal waterway with cool breezes most of the time.

House has central air and heating for those who prefer a/c, but the windows can be opened to allow the cool beach breezes into the house. The back deck have lounging chair in which you can lay and enjoy the evening as the sunset and the Intracostastal Waterway with big Tug Boats pushing and pulling barges along with Yatch and Deep-sea fishing boats zipping through. The house is surrounded by water in the front and back with a private canal in the front and the intracoastal waterway in the back. Because it is in a small town away from the city, the city water can get slightly yellow on rare occasions, esp. during and after a hurricane or topical storm. Best to bring drinking and cooking water. Thank you.

Check in is at 4:00 PM and Checkout is at 11:00AM. THe front door lock is electronic, so tenant does not have to worry about losing the keys in anyways. Small Pets are allowed for extra fees.
