First impressions are important. My room was in the fifth floor. The elevator was not working. An employee had to reset it so I could go up to my room. The rest of the time I used the stairs, not wanting to be stuck. The doors were very loud when guests on my floor went in or out of their room. My room was nice, clean, fairly quiet because I was almost at the end of the hall. The bed was comfortable. I loved the eight of the blanket. I could not figure out the TV so I ended up watching what I wanted to in my phone. Also, the plug by the bed didn’t work. Fortunately, I brought an extension cord for my phone & watch charger. The shower worked perfectly.

Worst $225 spent on a hotel EVER (one night stay)

They allow pets, but there’s absolutely nowhere in the vicinity for a dog to potty in grass. They don’t even have a tiny patch of grass. No outdoor trash cans for disposing of dog poop either. The elevators didn’t work 80% of the time, forcing me to carry a 19 month old upstairs while pulling my luggage and dog up 4 flights of stairs. They don’t have vending machines, at all. The only place to get anything is on the Lobby floor.

We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We do have outdoor trash cans as you enter the main entrance. They are located right outside the doors. Our elevators are being replaced. We would be delighted to welcome you back in the future for an enhanced experience.

Overall it was a good stay. Only one elevator was working and it was very slow.

We got here and they didn’t have our reservation that was booked through Expedia. They were very helpful in correcting this. They had a room available and corrected the billing. The people at the front desk were very pleasant and recommended places to eat within walking distance.

Very clean and comfortable. Check in was fast. Parking across the street was convenient Breakfast includes fresh waffles and eggs.
