A wonderful little cottage, located in a private cul de sac with the homeowners next door for your assistance. Ms. Kay's has one master bedroom, a guest room as well as a pull out couch if needed. Access to a pool and a private garden as well as an enclosed patio for additional dining or relaxing. The cottage is located in the Lucaya area, only 5 minutes from famous Taino Beach, 10 minutes from Port Lucaya by car, or walking distance too!
We provide beach chairs, towels, and if you would like, daily maid service with an extra fee.
Please note that we do have 2 dogs and 1 cat, that live in the main house but they do wander the property. We accept guests animals too!

Rules

We have a shared pool, no swimming is allowed after 10pm, and all children must be supervised. We are not responsible for the safety of guests.
No parties without permission and no more guests than the ones approved to stay at the cottage, please. Any additional guests need approval.
We ask that no cars park on the driveway, which is for the owners. There is one designated parking space and a limit of 3 cars per guest.

Ms. Kay's Cottage was a nice place to rest during a busy trip to Freeport. Sarah and Ms. Kay were very kind and hospitable upon checkin. Sarah was quick to communicate about the property before and during my stay. It was nice to have a kitchen for meal prep and they space was very nice. They do have very friendly cats and this is a pet friendly space. Make sure you not that as you plan your trip. They do offer AC but ask that it be set very high. Bring a personal fan if you are not used to 78 degree temps while sleeping. Overall it was a private and and fairly quite place to stay with very pleasant hots.

Clean, spacious cottage with delightful hosts

Miss Kay's Cottage was very spacious for the two of us. It was very clean on arrival, the kitchen worked well, the shower was excellent ,and the bed was very comfortable. The outside screened porch was a delight and the swimming pool was a major bonus.Sarah and Miss Kay were lovely hosts--friendly and always ready to respond to questions etc.The location was very good in being very close to a couple a restaurants, five minutes from the Lucaya Market Place and a short drive to beaches. The one negative was the proximity of the cottage to a fairly busy road.On the whole very good value for money.

Miss Kay’s Cottage

I have had a wonderful stay in Freeport, the weather has been fantastic and the beaches are second to none! Miss Kay and Sarah have been exceptional hosts and very helpful in every way to guide you to anything you’re interested in doing. The grounds are lovely and the cottage is very comfortable and clean with everything you need to enjoy this beautiful place! As a solo traveller I have found the Island to be very safe and the people very friendly! Great experience over all. Barb Lawson

Great place, super host!

This is a wonderful property! The host is awesome and very informative! The location of this property is just right. It close to the beach, the food store and the market place. The pool is a plus.

Lovely cottage

The cottage was lovely and perfect for us as we were staying for 8 weeks. Sarah and Ms. Kay were so lovely and welcoming, and both were very helpful if we needed anything. The pool was a great feature, which we used this most days. Their cats and dogs were always very friendly. It was approx 10 minutes bike ride to the beach and Port Lucaya, where there are many shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend this property, we will miss it!
