We liked that it was a suite with a sitting area and counter space. There was no ice machine on our floor. It was two floors away.

Close to the noise of the freeway

While our windows are designed to keep the noise out, I can understand how the sound can linger and cause for an uncomfortable experience. I'd be happy to place you in an even numbered room that is opposite of the freeway and overlooks the bay. I was in the room #512 it was amazing clean big probably I will ask for the same room if it’s available

The carpet was dirty, I suggest you to shampoo it or completely replace it The AC was also complicated to adjust for a pleasant room temperature

Overall it was ok. Breakfast area very crowded and not well maintained.
