Tarn Landing C18 is a spacious, beautiful 1 Bedroom plus Loft, 3 Bath condo full of windows and light. Sleeps 8. It features a main floor master bedroom plus a Loft Suite. Vaulted ceiling, flatscreen and gas fireplace in living room. Motorized upper shades let in extra light. Free WiFi and cable. Fully remodeled kitchen with new quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. South facing private deck with lake and mountain views. Easy walk to the nearby community hot tub building with restrooms and patio furniture.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.
~ King, private bath with double sinks, flatscreen in master
~ Queen, Twin, Queen Sofabed, private bath, flatscreen, sitting area in Loft 2nd bedroom.

In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Copper Mountain, 15 minutes to Breckenridge, Keystone or Loveland, 20 minutes to Arapahoe Basin and 30 minutes to Vail. Near the Frisco Adventure Park tubing hill and Frisco Nordic Center for cross country skiing, snowshoeing and sleigh rides.

Walk to Natural Grocers, Starbucks and restaurants. Located near Summit Boulevard with Safeway, Whole Foods, Walmart, rental and gear shops, restaurants and Outer Range Brewery. Just minutes by car to Frisco Main Street shops, Historical Park and restaurants. Just 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets. A wonderful central Summit County location.

In the summer walk to Lake Dillon on the Summit County Rec Path that's just outside the door. A short drive or bike to the Disc Golf Course and Peninsula hiking or mountain biking trails. Easy drive or bike to Frisco Main Street or the Frisco Marina for SUP, kayak, canoe, sailboat or powerboat rentals. There's even a sand beach and the Island Grill.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Property was clean and well-kept. We had 2 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of room and places to sleep. Beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets and clean towels, etc. We didn't cook but kitchen was fully stocked and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable place, great location

The place worked great for our family of four. Very clean. Nicely appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and a nice view of the nature preserve off the deck. The clubhouse hot tub was nice. Close to the highway for easy access to Copper Mountain and near groceries, ski rentals, Starbucks, etc. Also a quick drive to downtown Frisco and all the restaurants and shops. We would stay again!

Clean and quiet

My husband and I wanted to get away from the heat of Arkansas for a few days and just relax. This condominium is extremely clean and very quiet. Plenty of room for the two of us and could easily handle 5-6 people.

We loved it!

This place was great. I loved having 3 bathrooms. I also loved the view and fireplace. Loved the loft and amount of sleep space. We enjoyed our meals and played games at night and skied at nearby Copper.. It is pretty cool to have wallmart a walk away too. Thanks!!

Another AWESOME stay/wknd!

I think this might be our 3rd ... maybe 4th time staying here for our annual Tubbs/Susan G. Komen Romp to Stomp event - getaway wknd. Each time it's been nice and relaxing. Everything we need is there and we have plenty of room to stretch out and not be on top of each other. This yr we had 5 of us so there was plenty of room. And with 3 full baths showering and getting ready in the mornings was not a problem! :-) The group is already looking forward to our stay next yr! Nice condo - decorated nice. Pat - we did notice a few new things/pictures in the condo this yr! :-) We hit the hot tubs both nights but couldn't find a switch to the 2 lights out in the hot tub area. We ended up just using our flashlights on our cellphones to see. No biggie - it was still relaxing after a fun day snowshoeing and tubing! :-)
