No warm greeting from front desk agent upon arrival. My husband took a shower, but hot water was only luke warm. He also slipped and fell in shower, due to the floor not being rinsed properly when it was cleaned. Water was also not contained properly in wheel-in shower. When i spoke to the front desk agent, she offered no apology. Had to ask if the hot water was an issue throughout the hotel, and she said it comes and goes. Had to ask when a manager would be in, and if there was a maintenance person on duty that could look at it. She was the only employee on duty. A hot shower is important to us as we're on a road trip. Guests should not receive poor customer service, especially from a large chain hotel.

Everything was exactly as advertised. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, good breakfast, accommodating staff!!

Everything about the property was amazing. The only complaint I had was when I got there to check in I waited for 30 minutes before anyone became available to check me in.

room was comfy; breakfast was disappointing

The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite disappointing. We went there between 8:00-8:30. The coffee was terrible, barely warm, no hot water, several items had not been restocked, etc. It didn't seem like they cared too much. Breakfast was open until 9:30.
