Dirty and Rude

I would not recommend this place. When I complained about the large number of huge cockroaches, the manager came to my room and saw some that I had killed. He didn’t clean them up, or do anything about it. Just said “sorry.” I had to clean them up myself. I could live with the fact that the AC and fan only worked sometimes, as they had (a lot of) electrical problems. But there were other issues. My breakfasts were to be included. When I arrived at breakfast, I asked what is included in my “included breakfast.” They gave me three breakfast choices to choose from. When I went to check out and pay, they charged me full price for my breakfasts, saying that I didn’t choose the right one (toast and coffee) which now all of a sudden was the only “included” choice. Fruit juice was part of the option that they made me pay for (which they only had available a couple of the mornings). The couple of times I did get juice they ended up charging me extra, even though it was included in the description and I didn’t even ask for it separately! The confirmation was very clear about what was included and what was not included. But the manager wouldn’t even listen to me. Every time I would try to talk and explain to him why none of that made sense, he just spoke over me, and louder. I should have refused to pay and let them call the police.

Quite good clean room, enough hot water supply for shower. But hotel staff did not understand well about experdia booking system.
