Our check in was very good, the check out the lady there was very rude. She must have gotten up on the wrong side if the bed. 5 star for check in and a zero for check out.

The room is in need of repair & updating. Phones in room are very old. Tiles on bathroom floor are loose, mold above shower enclosure, bottom of bathroom door is warped from water, bath door hinges are rusted, vanity is chipped/scuffed, TV channels are very limited, beds make a metal thump noise with movement, lamps outdated, & not enough USB ports or outlets. The room was very clean though. The checkin clerk was very friendly! Breakfast was free & pretty good!

Good for the price

We had a suite which was very comfortable for us. The elevator was working and the breakfast looked good, but we arrived too late to eat it. One of the house phones didn’t work and the table was a bit unstable. The hallway carpets had bleach and other stains. The housekeeping and maids laundry rooms seemed to be open all the time.

Very clean road noise from I35 didnt like the access is difficult to reach the hotel

Had repeated problems with tv. Young lady very pleasant to fix things. Said a construction mode...that shouldnt chsnge how things should be anyway.
