I called 3 weeks before my booking and confirmed that my reservation was still good. I received a confirmation from Stayable Select staff that everything was ready. When I showed up, the lobby was closed permanently. Signage pointed me to another building to check in. The place has been neglected for months. Trash everywhere. Squatters. Broken glass. No staff was answering the phones. Eventually I texted the number and received a text that my reservation had been cancelled. Absolutely horrible experience.

HOTEL SHUT DOWN WITHOUT WARNING

We arrived for check-in, and the hotel was completely shut down, with a security guard out front turning people away. We had to find an available hotel immediately to accommodate our family. Our family needs a refund. This put a huge strain on our vacation.

Disappointed

Stayed here in 2017, so booked again in 2023. Our second trip was far less pleasant than our first. Totally understand that they are doing construction, but our first room had no A/C & a broken, unmade bed. So, we were given a second room. However, once moved in there, we were told we were given the wrong room. We moved all of our stuff again, only to learn it was indeed the correct room. These moves made us late to our event. Staff was kind, but unorganized & we didn't feel the price matched our experience. Won't stay here again.

The hotel is currently under construction but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Food at the restaurant is excellent.

No-Frills Stay

This location was originally a Wyndham hotel. The room was big, and the lake view off the balcony was pretty. The hotel is now older. Our room had peeling paint, a hole in the bathroom door, missing the stopper in the sink, and teeny tiny bugs in the bathroom. Our room only had two lamps, so it was dark, but it did have a microwave and mini fridge. This is a no-frills stay - no cable, no water fountain, and no working ice maker on location. There is no front desk but a registration suite open for a short time, and no phone in your room. However, the staff is friendly, and they respond to your texts. If you want a place to run in, shower, and sleep, then this location will meet the bill.

The bed was comfortable and the AC was cold but everything else was pretty run down and dirty.
