Very nice place. Every bedroom has an attached bathroom which is good for large groups. Fun basement with the pool/card tables. Close enough to Galena to explore town but also has the secluded feel. If we visit the area again i would not hesitate to rent from this group again.

We had a great stay at this property! The house was very clean and there was lots of room for all of us. The stairs from the driveway down to the house were a bit tricky because of snow and ice. The beds were really comfortable, and the hot tub was amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful property, excellent for our group. Kitchen was nicely equipped and the main floor has great group congregating area. Only issues were outdoor lighting along stairs from parking area was insufficient. Would book this property again and host was great!

Communication with property manager was terrific. The house was large very clean. Future guests should be aware there are many steps from the driveway to the front door so it’s not the best for elderly individuals with walkers. When we booked, we didn’t realize this.

We enjoyed a great long weekend. The house was perfect for 8 of us. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was ideal. The kitchen was spacious and we really enjoyed the pool table downstairs. The house was close to golf at Eagle Ridge and we really enjoyed the use of the Galena Owners Club.

Big quiet house

We enjoyed our stay with a few hiccups. At arrival, I realized there is quite the distance from the parking area above to the home below. Carrying belongings and groceries was a chore. Anyone unsteady would need assistance down the big steps. There is a tiny bit of yard in the front, but all a slight hill. The home was clean. Once settled in for a weekend of cooking for our family, I realized the frying pans were old and had no coating left. Bring pans, plastic wrap, foil and Ziplock bags if needed with you. The dishwasher wasnt attached to the cabinets, so once loaded, tipped forward. I did communicate that to the management person. Dishes weren't clean after using it, so I handwashed all weekend.The bedroom upstairs with a king bed and separate bthrm was large, but our 3 year old grandson had to be downstairs, as it has a railing around the landing, open to the 1st floor. Lots of bedrooms (1 upper, 1 main), basment also had 2 and each with a bthrm. Nice big living srea to sit with family. The home instructed to not sign out of their YouTube, but allowed us to, so we could order our own show. Nice porch to sit on, but down in the trees so far, not a bit of sun was to be had.

Nice time

We enjoyed a few nights over Spring Break. The house was the perfect size with a nice lay out. It felt private due to its location among the trees. Some minor details would have improved our stay (for example extra sets of towels and items for the kitchen such as tin foil and storage containers). There was also a very slow drain in the bathroom on the first floor. Overall, we liked the house and the listing was accurate.

Birthday in Galena

We spent the weekend in Galena celebrating our son and daughter’s birthdays. We had a fantastic time playing games, shopping, hiking with goats (so fun!) and eating way too much delicious food. The house was cozy with a great fireplace and hot tub. Our dogs also enjoyed their weekend away from home. We hope to visit again soon!

Great place!

My siblings (6 total) and I stayed here for 3 nights. It was perfect for us all. Everyone had a nice time with enough space to hang out. It's in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We had no issues. I would highly recommend. Great for bigger groups.
