Welcome to our Beautiful Poplar Ridge Golf Course Condo with Scenic Views of the 9th hole green and water hazard from our back deck! This immaculate two-level condo features a primary ensuite with a king-size bed in the upper level with a soaking tub. Please note when you enter through the front door from the parking lot there is only one step but once inside you do need to either go down or up stairs, similar to a split level home. When you head to down to the living room you will find a bright and airy room featuring a NEW Queen size sofa sleeper, an electric fireplace, flat screen tv, dining room, kitchen, laundry room (full size washer and dryer for your use) and a full bathroom. Upstairs you will have a large bedroom with a King size bed and en suite bathroom. The lofted area is a great spot to do some quick work on your laptop or journal your time in Galena. Our home will also provide you a NEW propane grill, fully equipped kitchen including regular coffee maker and super FAST WiFi. Step out onto the back deck and enjoy the gas grill, seating and an amazing golf course view!

As our guest, you will have access to the Galena Territory Owners Club. The indoor pool is open year-round and the outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day (sometimes longer). The club is an exclusive amenity that can be used by only Galena Territory property owners and their guests. The Owners' Club includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool w/slides, a kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, free WiFi, and outdoor playground. Don’t forget to visit Lake Galena, the Shenandoah Riding Center and hiking trails throughout the 6,800-acre property. Disclaimer: You may not have enough cards for your entire group. Guest passes can be purchased for just $5 a day at the GTA admin office or pool entrance, staying with us grants you access, it may not be free. Please remember usage of the amenities is NEVER guaranteed. We do not discount or refund due their closure.

When you book a home with us we will require 30% down, this is a payment not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days prior to check in. At the 14 day mark your stay will become non-refundable and dates cannot be adjusted. Your payments will automatically be processed to the card you place on file at the time of booking. Your rental agreement (sent after booking) will reflect the due dates and amounts. Please NOTE: You will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement at the time of booking, we ask this be signed and filed within 48 hours of receiving to guarantee your reservation. You must be 25 or older when booking and present during the entire stay. Our cancellation policy is NOT flexible. We highly recommend travel insurance. Damage protection and travel insurance are offered at the time of booking and up until 15 days before check-in. The provider is CSA.
