BAY FRONT WITH BOAT SLIP, SUNSET VIEWS, AWESOME FISHING with FISHING PIER

This property sits directly on Galveston Bay (just feet away) with amazing views and sunsets. Recently remodeled again inside and out with a 1600 square foot upper deck, 400 foot lower fishing decks and lighted Gazebo for amazing views of West Galveston Bay. Brand new railings around the entire deck perimeter.

We just added, August 2022, a brand new fence to completely enclose the nearly 3/4 acre property with access gates in the front and sides. Fall of 2023 - Recently re-painted inside and out, refurbished all decking upper and lower. Added pantry.

The house has been furnished with all new furniture and fixtures throughout and large walk in showers. A/C units were installed new only a few years ago.

The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and downstairs has a separate private bedroom, bathroom and family room with two addition daybeds. Now sleeps 12.

The house comes with two large fishing docks, Large LED light for excellent night fishing and a boat slip for those who want to bring their own boat. Boat ramp is directly adjacent in the same cove for convenient access. We also have two kayaks and one paddle board.

This house is a rare gem and the location does not get any better.

Please note: we have two separate living areas, first floor and upstairs. First floor is equipped with: refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, Air Fryer and has its own dining area and is wheelchair friendly on the first floor living area.

We have seating upstairs and downstairs, so pick your spot to relax or eat breakfast or dinner.

Beach is only 4 blocks away and when you come back home we have a hot/cold outside shower.

This house has been completely renovated inside and out. Perfect for families. Downstairs area is completely covered from rain and it’s a big area.

We also provide lots of extra items for our guests; spices, oil, Berkey Water filter system, water filter for the refrigerator and ice, two coffee makers, cast iron skillets as well as stainless and non-stick, Insta-Pot, new grill/smoker and a wood burning grill, Streaming TV Plus a Super Box which has HBO and all the channels, TWO kayaks, one paddle board and the best for last - we provide underwater and overhead fishing lights (Large LED).

WE JUST ADDED A NINTENDO SWITCH FOR 4 PLAYERS AND A STANDING POPCORN MACHINE.

Great Bay House

This was are second time to stay at this house and we love the house and the location. The new fishing pier was really nice and the boys had lots of success fishing off of it. Our teens really enjoy having a separate area downstairs. Great house and excellent host!

Beautiful spot on the Bay

We had a great trip to this bay front house. Two levels of outdoor space had nice breezes and shade. Extra large fenced in yard was well kept and perfect for our dog. Comfortable, well stocked house - lower level suite was great for the kids to hang out. We had fun fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking. Owner was super easy to work with; we would definitely rent this home again.

relaxing stay, worries melt away

Walking out onto the deck or dock just melts the stress away. The check in process was quick and easy. Tim helped made sure that we were able to get in and check out easily with detailed info and pictures. The upstairs kitchen is well stocked beautifully put together. The primary suite was large with a spacious bathroom. We enjoyed the fishing. Didn't have any keepers, but the fishing lights really helped to see the activity below. Lots of different areas to sit and enjoy the breeze and birds. The grill and firepit was a plus.

This place was great, and the host was awesome! The fishing was amazing! Unfortunately, the downstairs was not cleaned very well and had several bugs and a few roaches. Once we cleaned it up ourselves no issues. Overall great stay and we would rent it again.

Nice bay house

Great location on the bay and had great time there with family for 4 days. Fishing was so so. Caught some, mostly non keepers and the crabs take your bait. Typical for Galveston Bay. Unfortunately the mosquitoes were horrible by the thousands swarming everywhere which is no fault of owner. Just made it a bit miserable at times to to be outside and fish or shower and of course they find their way inside. Bring lots and lots of yard guard and OFF. Overall nice place and stay.

We had an amazing time at this property. The owner connected with us frequency before, during, and after to ensure everything was great. Wonderful stay

Tim was very nice to work with and the place was perfect for 11 of us! The kids had fun staying downstairs and loved the popcorn machine and Nintendo switch. This was our first time staying on the bay side and we really enjoyed it! Beach was so close by and we had fun fishing, swimming, and paddle boarding/ kayaking in the bay. Although the unusual cold weather arrived just as we did and even though two of our party were, unfortunately, unable to join us due to the weather, the nine of us who stayed in the house each found our little piece of bay bliss. As noted by other guests, the views are to die for and they go on an on. It was too chilly for us to enjoy the kayaks or fish, but we were able to utilize the grill, the fire pit and the many decks. Inside, on both levels, it is very comfortable. Two of the younger persons in our group quickly lay claim to the downstairs - perfect for teens or younger adults who want to stay up all night. Or older folks who still like staying up all night!! The primary suite, as well as the other two guest rooms upstairs, was pretty and roomy, all bathrooms well appointed, with plenty of linens. Can't say enough about sectional sofa with its comfy throw pillows, the large TV, the even larger dining table and mammoth bar. (We needed a mammoth bar!) All enjoyed throughout visit. Kitchen well stocked for cooking almost anything you can think of. Definitely recommend renting a golf cart, as you will want to make the three minute trek to the beach. Happily, we encountered no issues that required we contact host, Tim, during our stay. However, prior to check-in, he was very responsive. I would definitely book this house again and I can fully recommend it to anyone wanting the quiet end of the island. And, if you want less noise, great shopping, and need to be fully fed and watered, you will only be minutes from all of that! Book it!
