Welcome to this Beach Condo on TOP FLOOR with AWESOME views. Completely remodeled & centrally located. Walking distance to so much and super easy beach access right in front of the condo complex! barbecue area and laundry facilities onsite and beautiful award-winning grounds at the complex. The moment you walk in the door of this condo you will see the beach!! !, free SUPER FAST WiFi, brand new Sterns and Foster Mattress, Close to Cruise.
The space
Voted "Best Condominium Rental 2021" Casa Del Mar has won the award from the Best of Galveston and Clean Galveston. Our condo comfortably sleeps 6 (4 adults, 2 kids recommended). With a queen in the bedroom with a recent Sterns and Foster Mattress, queen sleeper sofa (added memory foam topper- very comfortable!!) and 1 small junior bunk bed in the hallway. This Condo is on the top floor, so the views are phenomenal along with a lovely ocean breeze. A private balcony with a beautiful ocean view to enjoy.

The bathroom is accessible through the hallway and the bedroom.

Our objective is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible by providing surprising amenities (Blender, Keurig K-Cup Machine, 4K Ultra-HD TV's, Bamboo pillows, board games, stocked spice rack, and kitchen utensil)

It also has keypad entry (no need to worry about keys!!).

It is centrally located right on the Seawall and short walk to the beach. A Shuttle just outside the Condo takes you to Downtown Galveston and nearby restaurants. Only a short drive to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Pleasure Pier and The Strand historic district. We do not have parking for Trailers.

This condo has been completely remodeled and is extremely clean and well cared for. It is the perfect spot for an island getaway.

We have a very fast AT&T Gigabit Fiber Internet for use.

PS: For Cruise Ships guests my place is only 4.5 miles from the port, around 8 miles and $12~$14 to Uber.

The Casa Del Mar complex also houses TWO swimming pools, a cool spa and a BBQ area. Washers and Dryers are located on the 1st and 3rd floors (coin machines).

Entire Condo and facilities within the complex- we have two tropical pools (one seasonally heated), a trellised Bar-B-Que area, laundry facilities and Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all suites and throughout the property

NOTE: This is a No Pet facility.

From November 1st, 2022 a Resort Fees of $40 for your entire stay (Credit/Debit Card) payable at the front desk is required at Casa Del Mar. (Paid upon check-in and valid for your entire stay) This will include your Parking Passes, pool access, Complimentary Wi-Fi and unassigned parking for two cars in the communal parking garage.

Additional street parking is permitted but can be very costly at Pay Per Hour.
