Ready to get away for vacation??? This beautiful condo makes your stay comfortable & relaxing! Enjoy sunset views from this top floor unit at Maravilla's GET A WAVE FROM IT ALL. Guests are greeted with an insulated drink bag filled with goodies to take your thirst-quenching drinks for a fun day at the beach. Get A Wave From It All offers guests a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils. There is a washer & dryer in the unit and other amenities to make your stay carefree including beach towels. Guests of all ages will enjoy a little rest time in the bunk beds. The Maravilla has 3 pools, a hot tub, lush landscaping, volleyball area & a fitness center with a view. Cool ocean breezes and beautiful sunsets are just part of the experience. This condo is ideal for honeymooners, a small family or a couple's retreat. Free WiFi so you can stay as connected as you want. Whether a quick weekend get away, or a Snow Bird winter escape, " Get A Wave From It All" is definitely the place to be! The owner has placed games like Yahtzee and Uno, pack n play, noise machine, and starry night projector for guest's use. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

***Construction is ongoing at the Maravilla. THE ACTUAL UNIT IS NOT UNDER CONSTRUCTION!***

Although we love guests of all ages, you MUST be at least 25 years old to rent Get A Wave From It All. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Washer and dryer in condo.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash.
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Home is pet friendly for up to 2 pets with approval, contact our office for more information. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.

MARAVILLA - DOG PARK
Our newest amenity to our Maravilla Resort Condominium Complex is a Dog Park where our owners and guests can take their fur-babies and let them off their leashes to run, play, splash in the doggie pool, rinse off in the doggie shower, run the obstacle course and just have fun as their Dog Parents relax. We have balls, frisbees, and other fun toys for your fur-babies to enjoy while in the park. We ask that all pet owners be responsible and pick up after their pets. Pet Stations are located on the far west corner of the Dog Park. When leaving the park you can sanitize your hands, close the gate to the park and smile knowing that your fur-babies have also had an enjoyable fun beach vacation.

A nice condo

We enjoyed the condo. It was a beautiful area! I love to cook and was a little disappointed in the "supplies" of the kitchen. No cutting board, not very good knives, etc. My husband and I are older so we had trouble w the electronics of the TV, DVD, etc. nothing was plugged in and some things didn't have cords, etc. with all of the above, we would go there again. The pool was great!

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable in the condo. Well appointed accommodations. The landscaping was well maintained but the building is very run down. The elevator had a musty odor and did not sound very reliable.

It was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. We didn’t have hot water most of the time. When I took a shower it was fine but, a few hours later when my husband took his shower it was cool water. But that didn’t hamper our stay.

Overall Great

My wife, daughter and doggo stayed here for a quick little weekend getaway. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The unit itself was nice and clean. Received a nice welcome gift of water and snacks. The pool area is very nice! The only thing I would say, which really is out of their control but feel like you should know, is the entire grounds seems a bit rundown, old and not entirely kept up well. If you are wanting 5 star luxury, the property overall is not what you’re looking for. (Again, the condo inside is nice)!

Weekend Getaway

Very nice condo on 3rd floor, with nice view. Buildings were under repair and were showing their age. Multiple pools to choose from, and were never overly crowded. Lock on door gave us an issue once, the #9 seemed to be malfunctioning. So, don’t leave the condo without your reservation information.

Leaky roof, no power

We were told there was power on at the property when we left for Galveston. When we arrived the power was off ( you could tell that the power had been off for a long period of time because the refrigerator was completely warm inside and the condo smelled like a wet basement. The roof leaked. We were not able to stay the for the first 36 hours. Nothing was offered to help with the inconvenience of this! I will joy stay with them again!

Hurricane Beryl at Get A Wave From It All!

We came in for our daughter’s dance competition on July 4th. The condo is absolutely adorable, it was clean, and closed to the ocean than I thought from the pictures! Fell in love with the coziness and the quaintness. Nicely updated! The hurricane came in on our day 3 and it was a scary situation to be in. Our little condo kept us protected and we felt safe. We lost power and had to contact the owners and we never had a problem reaching anyone even after a hurricane and they were prompt and attentive and got things up and running as fast as they could. If we were to ever come back to Galveston we would absolutely stay here again!

It was good but…

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location on the Seawall was great. And the kids really enjoyed the pools. The AC went out in the condo twice during our stay and the BTVC management group was easy to contact and pleasant to work with. The first time their own maintenance guy got it running again and the second time they had to call an HVAC guy to come fix it. In the interim they provided and set up a portable AC and left it through the end of our stay. Despite it getting a little warm it was really not a bother and I was impressed with their response. The construction is kind of a bummer, of the 3 elevators only 1 worked the whole time we were there and it was on the opposite side of the building AND you couldn’t get on it from the 3rd floor where we were staying, so we ended up having to take 3 flights of stairs up and down to do anything. The complex is old and is in need of the current remodeling but it is a bit unsightly. All that said we really did enjoy our stay

Under construction!!

The inside of the unit was VERY clean with so many extras! Wxtra towels for the beach, full kitchen, washer ans dryer in unit! But there was so much more than expected. Cable ans DVDs. A bunch of games, toys for the beach as well as a canopy and chairs. Everything was wonderful inside and while we didnt use the pools they looked great too. It should be mentioned that the building is under construction so we didn't havw elevator access and were top floor. The parking during the week is great, but very busy on weekends. Dont forget to get your parking pass as not to be towed! Overall great place, the inside pics are exactly as shown. Great condo!

50th birthday

Decided to book this condo with my daughter for my 50th birthday and i am so glad i did. Condo was clean and plenty of towels and bed sheets were provided for our stay. location was perfect near the beach and attractions but, far enough away from the noise. Older building with some construction going on but, it did not interfere with our stay! I look froward to coming again soon!
