The location was good. Far from the main island stuff to do though. But quiet and close to the beach. When we got there, there was trash all over the lawn from full trash cans. Flies were swarming by all around. The actual home was okay but the furniture and beds looked like a toddler put them together from the ikea clearance section. There was caulking around the kitchen sink that was a mess of mold and mildew. The shower leaked water all over the floor due to no seal at the bottom. The master bedroom was hot as a volcano at night and the fan was ready to come out of the ceiling if turned on high. I spoke to someone at the Ryson property management who said they would bring me a box fan but never showed up and never called. I won’t book with Ryson management again.

I love Galveston this property is great. Only one negative aspect and that was the air conditioner. Around 5pm the heat on the inside of the home got real toasty. Sometime reaching 83 degrees. But other than that it was great

Property was horrible. It was advertises as having a king bed and 4 twins. We get there and it's a full, 2 twins, and 2 roll away cots! The AC system was "trash" as the repairman said. It was 100+ degrees and house would only cool to 78 due to bad ductwork. Floor had soft spots in it from rotten boards
