I stayed at this motel on 16 feb, 2025 and i accidentally left a large sum of cash on the bed not under the matresd but on top of the bed and i callrd 4 times anf finally got a hold of the front desk and thy told me that the cleaning lady did nit find my money but it was imposdible for her to not finf the money on the bed

I accidentally left a large amount of cash in my bed and i didnt realize it until i was on my cruise i contacted the motel 6 4 times from the ship and finally the regular day time lady who is really nice told me that the cleaning lady did not find the money when it was in the bed which i slept in and i moved my vehicle to park and left the money in the bed, not under the matress but on top if the bed and theres absolutely no way that maid did not find the money and she did not turn the money in

Hey, it's a Motel 6.

Room overall was clean but the mattress cover was stained. Holes in bedspread. Bathroom door had a hole repaired by what appears to be a 4 year old. Entry door did not close flush and had large gap. The motel is in an industrial area with a lumber yard next door so it can get noisy with saw and train noise. Motel 6 stays can be a hit or miss but for an overnite stay it was ok.

Property was in a very deteriorated state. Heavy smell of chlorine outside and in the room.Poor hot water for bathing. Could see daylight around the door when closed. Bare bones room, did not even supply soap, shampoo or tissues.

Galveston Motel 6

Wow, u talk about a minimal aminity room?! There is a bed and a bathroom, and that is it! No closet, no coffee maker, no table and chair, no nothing! Lol Nice bed, nice shower, and a good price. If ur just looking for a place to sleep, itll do just fine. Oh, there is a pool, but its February.

Excellent stay- Verna was great at the front desk. Comfortable beds and only one hair in the shower or it would have been a perfect score. I'd definitely stay again!
