The hotel is in a good location and walkable to the main attractions on gatlinburg.. Is not the same in person what you see on the photos online, so be ready for the real life . The breakfast supposedly is included but there is a remodeling going on now so no breakfast…. Just some snacks at the lobby that’s all.. I think a little expensive for what they offer.

They said free breakfast was included .Free breakfast was only coffee and pastries .When I saw free breakfast I thought I was going to get to sit down and have a full breakfast meal. They should say free coffee and pastries included every morning. So I was disappointed that I had to go out and get a real "Breakfast "

The lights in the room didn't work. The bathroom had hair from the previous tenant. The room had water damage all over the ceiling and bathroom. The property is rooms to the outside and the door had a large gap under the door which let lots of cold and noise in. The room we had looked nothing like any photos online. It was super convenient to the local area to walk, but alot of people partying in the parking lot. So it depends on why your traveling if you would choose this location. Walkable to all the restaurants, shops and bars.

I stayed here for thanksgiving with my daughter, It was a decent property.. I loved the fireplace however it was a tad bit outdated.. They also bed pest control for spiders…. but it was great for the time i stayed there

It was okay.

Loft was nice. Bed wasn’t the softest. Rained during the night and the carpet in front of the door flooded. Previous visitor’s hair was all over the hot tub. Overall, it wasn’t the greatest but also not the worst. Also, the breakfast room is closed and there wasn’t any breakfast available in the lobby like we were told at check in.
