Lovely stay for a weekend getaway

Description was accurate and the condo was super clean with all necessary items throughout.
Would stay here again and highly recommended!

Second year in a row we stayed here.
Publié le 7 janv. 2022 sur HomeAwayGreat location. The condo is good size for the 6 guests. We stayed in the exact same unit last year. Walking distance to most everything in Gatlinburg on lower main strip. We were able to watch New Years fireworks from just outside our building. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the elevators was not working so it delayed us a little bit. Frustrating because housekeeping was using it and they were not about to give it up. Lol
When we were trying to leave I had to go downstairs and get the elevator from the ground floor after it was empty and take it to our floor so we could leave.

The property was very clean and nice but the front desk person needs to be train to treat people it’s call Customer service she didn’t even wanted to answer anything we asked my brother got there first before 4 I understand check in is 4 but apartment was ready and the cleaning person said I can only let you in if they say it’s ok in front desk but the girl in front was horrible rude she told me I already told your brother it’s at 4 and stop asking I was in the parking lot with my 4 year old sick on his stomach for 2 hours and by the time it was 4 I asked her can we check in now and she grabbed the phone didn’t bother not even give me a second nothing it looked like she didn’t wanted to work there , wonderful place just horrible front desk

Clean and Convenient
Publié le 6 nov. 2020 sur HomeAwayThe property was in an excellent location. It was within walking distance to the Gatlinburg strip. It was approximately a 5 minute walk in a well light, safe area. The condo exterior was very nice. The inside was clean, spacious, and had all the comforts of home. Check in and check out was very easy. I would definitely stay here again.
