Nice but dusty
Publié le 30 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWhen we arrived we found the walls and blinds were coated in dust and cobwebs. The waterfall in the pool was not operational and all of the outside furniture had old bird poop covering it. It could have been an excellent experience if the cleanliness had been more aligned with the cost.

Thank you for letting us know. We have addressed the dust issues with the cleaners. Unfortunately in these cabins dust is an ongoing issue with the wood walls. In addition they have cleaned the outdoor furniture.

Recovery Getaway
Publié le 1 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband brought me here for a change of scenery. Recently having had back surgery I couldn’t handle much more time at home. This property provided me with a pool big enough to do low impact exercises as well as a hot tub to relax. It was clean and in a nice location. The Arts and Crafts area on the way to downtown was amazing. We had a nice quiet stay and will definitely revisit in the future. I will also mention that the host is easily reachable and responds quickly. That is extremely important to me.

Nice Cabin for a Couples Retreat
Publié le 26 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayNice cabin with privacy eventhough its in the middle of a community. Nice pool and hot tub, fireplace and view. Some of the amenities were inoperable, but overall satisfied. Property owner was responsive to some issues on arrival.

Thank you for staying with us. We checked back through our correspondence with you and found the only "amenity" that was not operable was a speaker in the pool room. We do not advertise that room as having a speaker and it was ruined by moisture and we cannot have one in there going forward.

Awsome Cabin
Publié le 18 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe Cabin was just like the pictures. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, the dishes were fully stocked and the pool and Jacuzzi was awsome. The duel head shower was a major bonus. The location was exactly like stated close to downtown Gatlinburg. Tara was very responsive and nice. If we ever come back to gatlinburg i definitely would not mind staying at this cabin again. And recommend it to any couples trying to have a relaxing getaway this cabin is PERFECT for couples.

Beautiful cabin that was clean and in wonderful condition. Everything we needed was nearby and great location to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Great communication from owner. Would definitely recommend this property.
