Staff were more than helpful with helping us learn about the local area and where to go for things. The aesthetic of this hotel is gorgeous from the street view and also the room. The room was very clean and comfortable, the young lady on reception was lovely, so helpful, polite and she went above and beyond and the location was perfect. Negatives - The man on reception was not at all pleasant, never even said good evening and the restaurant / bar staff were so rude that we didn't even bother to try it after our first experience when we walked in. We quickly walked back out again
