Welcome to the Geneva Loft! We are only several minutes away from the Spire Inst and our stunning wine region.
Relax in the jetted hot tub in the evening
The beautiful shores of Lake Erie are just a 10-minute drive north
You'll be just 3 minutes from the Spire and under 10 minutes from all the wineries Geneva/Madison has to offer.
Enjoy the spacious loft with self-check-in and have some fun in the game room with ping pong and arcade games or unwind with a glass of wine on the rooftop.

Kitchen features deluxe gas range/stove, large refrigerator/freezer with an icemaker, and everything you need to cook your own meals.

The upstairs bedroom features a king bed and walk in closet. There is a smaller TV mounted in this room for watching TV in bed if desired.

The washer and dryer are also located upstairs tucked away in a large closet for you to use.

Off the hallway, there is a jack and jill bathroom that connects to the hallway and king bedroom. The bathroom features a large countertop and vanity along with a walk in shower with two showerheads.

The jetted hot tub with bench seating comes with a whirlpool setting designed for hydrotherapy which is located on the lower patio off the queen bedroom. The lower hot tub and patio are fenced in for your privacy. You have exclusive use to the hot tub as the patios are not shared spaces.

The spiral staircase takes you down to the game room/second bedroom (this is the queen bed), complete with a ping pong table and two arcade machines equipped with Pac-Man, Dig Dug, Dig Dug II, Pac-Mania, Pas & Pal, Super Pac-Man, Pac-Man Plus, Pac-Land, Galaga, Galaxian, Galaga '88, Mappy, Rompers, Rolling Thunder.
The Simpsons™ Arcade Machine allows you to play as Homer, Marge, Bart, and Lisa, taking on swarms of Springfield’s wide cast of characters. This arcade machine allows four simultaneous players at once.
There is also a ping pong table, large TV and a handful of board games available for you to use downstairs in the queen bedroom.

End your day by relaxing on the rooftop patio around the gas-burning fire pit!

With the host living on the property, you'll have complete privacy and no shared areas besides the driveway.

Guest Access
You have full access to both your patios (not the yard) and the entire loft. The driveway is shared, but I have traffic cones placed for parking. It is quite a large driveway, you can fit 3 cars tandem on your parking side.

Other Things to Note
Please be aware that the loft is accessed through two flights of stairs, as shown in the pictures. The driveway is shared, so please park in the designated area.

We have a friendly and loving dog who lives in the attached home and utilizes the backyard, so we kindly ask you to limit your outdoor access to the loft's private rooftop deck and the fenced-in patio downstairs for your privacy and comfort.

We understand the importance of having essential supplies during your stay, which is why we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and basic coffee. If you happen to run out of these supplies, we're just a few miles away from Dollar General and Giant Eagle. We also provide fresh linens and towels to ensure a comfortable stay.
