Welcome to the Geneva Loft! Minutes from the Spire and Winery region

Relax in the luxurious hot tub after a long day at the Spire or winery hopping.

The beautiful shores of Lake Erie are just a 10-minute drive north

You'll be just 3 minutes from the Spire and under 10 minutes from all the wineries Geneva/Madison has to offer.

Enjoy the spacious loft with self-check-in and have some fun in the game room with ping pong and arcade games or unwind with a glass of wine on the rooftop.

Relax and rejuvenate in our luxury hot tub with a whirlpool setting designed for hydrotherapy - perfect for athletes or anyone looking to unwind. The patio is fenced in for your privacy, ensuring a peaceful retreat.

Our fully stocked kitchen features deluxe gas range/stove, large refrigerator/freezer, and everything you need to cook your own delicious meals. Our large and spacious bedrooms ensure a comfortable and restful night's sleep. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, providing a refreshing start to your day.

Take the spiral staircase down to the game room/second bedroom, complete with a ping pong table and old school arcade machines - perfect for some friendly competition.

End your day by relaxing on the rooftop patio around the gas-burning fire pit, soaking in the beautiful night sky. With the host living on the property, you'll have complete privacy and no shared areas besides the driveway.

Come and experience the ultimate getaway in our the Geneva Loft - we can't wait to host you!

Please be aware that the loft is accessed through two flights of stairs, as shown in the pictures. The driveway is shared, so please park in the designated area.

We have a friendly and loving dog who lives in the attached home and utilizes the backyard, so we kindly ask you to limit your outdoor access to the loft's private rooftop deck and the fenced-in patio downstairs for your privacy and comfort.

We understand the importance of having essential supplies during your stay, which is why we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and basic coffee and creamer. If you happen to run out of these supplies, don't worry. We're just a few miles away from Dollar General and Giant Eagle. Rest easy knowing that we also provide fresh linens and towels to ensure a comfortable stay.

Everything was great about the stay. It’s a quite nice neighborhood with a relaxing setting. Lots of wineries, family friendly restaurants, and fun shops. The loft was very comfortable with a big tv where we could the baseball playoff games. The bed was big, warm, king that was very comfortable. We loved the outdoor porch with fireplace to hangout and spend time outside on a chilly night. The hot tub made it a perfect experience!

Great property with great location
