Got walked in on my hotel while I was about to shower. Very awkward for me and the guest walking in Got a call from the front desk with a tone that I shouldn’t be in this room. And then got told it was OK for me to be to be in this room that they had a trainee and they were sorry. And then coming back to my hotel at 9 o’clock. My keys did not work. Talk to the supervisor and he told me he’s been very busy today. So not a good anniversary driving eight hours. Trying to relax.

Best Vacation

It was nice, the room was great except the pillows. The room was warm, although you can open the window to cool it down. Wish the Roxy resturant was opened. Starbucks doesnt open till 7, for those that need a coffee when leaving would like it opened earlier. It could be the time of year we went. Staff was friendly, Jay Jay at the counter was helpful and made us feel welcomed.

First of all, they originally told me I didn’t have a resservation! After I gave them my confirmation #, the agent was like , oh yea ….that was it. And to have a 4;00 check in and asked if we could check in 15 minutes early because of an event we flew into town for, the answer being well it’s $10.00 ! Not , let me see what I can do nothing , just not very accommodating at all.

I enjoyed my stay here however I do not understand what year are we in 2025 how could there possibly be no microwave in the room so my leftovers I had to eat cold obviously the room does not have a full kitchen so I was eating out and expecting that I could reheat my food, but unfortunately there was no microwave

It was a very nice property. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was nice. Walking distance from the monarch, which had a very nice restaurant called 24/7. All in all an enjoyable time. The casino was very nice too.

The heat unit was blasting floor 7. You couldn’t turn it down. We had the windows open overnight it was 38 and we were still uncomfortable. I mean it was awful. We asked if they could turn it down, they couldn’t and sent us a box fan that was so loud. The guy who dropped it off was rude. Like man I’m just trying to rest. I am exhausted today. We will not stay there again. We complained and they said yes it’s an ongoing problem lots of people complained. Wow. Nice.

We were given room 757,when we went in . I immediately noticed the window was wide open. I walked there. It was broken and there was no screen. I closed as best as I could . Then the AC didn’t work so I opened the other window because the rm temp was 77. We just left to go and gamble. When we came back the room was cooler. At checkin the attendant was extremely rude to those of us waiting to check in. This was a bday present from my mom for me and my wife. I am so disappointed. My mom is furious! Please compensate my mom with possibly a free night somewhere or a refund.
