Clean and quiet. A good place if you just need a place to sleep. New floors bathrooms are clean. Front desk friendly with good service

Disappointing

A marquee in front of this motel advertises "all new rooms" but did not apparently include my room which was in a satellite building adjacent to the main hotel. I stayed for three nights and had asked for a room at this building for the convenience of parking right outside my door. The woman who checked me in was pleasant enough but mentioned if I had any problems she would put me in a different room--she mentioned some workmen in an adjacent room. My neighbors were fine but I became aware of an unpleasant smell after being in the room a while. Overnight with the A/C on it seemed to get worse. The next day I decided to open the windows and turn on the fan while I was out--but had to close one due to a large hole in the screen. I wanted to avoid the time-consuming inconvenience of repacking my stuff and moving to a different room--which may have been worse than the one I already had. When I returned the room seemed better but soon enough the smell got stronger--associated with the A/C I think. I tolerated it with the A/C off as much as possible. Otherwise the room was the typical modern Motel 6 spartan arrangement--hard platform bed, minimal furnishings. There was a fridge and microwave, which was nice. The bathroom was a bit shabby, with no towel racks and a sluggish bathtub drain. Wifi was a bit temperamental, perhaps because I was in the satellite building. Overall I was pretty unhappy with my accommodations. The "all new rooms" claim was misleading at best.

Bed sheets need replaced. Needs updated on minor construction like drywall patches and towel holder.
