The Lodge Billund
"This was the perfect family stay for people who don’t want the overwhelm of the Lego hotels. It had tons for the kids to do - playground, indoor soccer/hockey gym, table tennis, etc. It was an easy 18 minute walk into town/Lego House along the Sculpture path. The restaurant was beautiful and offered a wide variety of food options. Rhubarb juice was a favourite. I wish I had known about the free shuttle before we got off the plane and paid for a ride to the hotel. The free shuttle goes to all the key places of interest and runs once an hour. Two things about the hotel: the Expedia deal offering drink credit only gets you one drink for the whole stay. Something that would make the hotel absolutely perfect would be to have laundry facilities on-site."
