"The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were very good. There are nice touches, such as the night light under the vanity in the bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. All the hotel staff we spoke with were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was really nice; it’s a good size and the temperature was perfect. The gym is the best one I’ve seen, with new high-tech machines and very clean. We didn’t get a chance to try the spa, unfortunately. The only thing I suggest is that a grab bar be installed in the shower, because there is nothing to hold onto, and the shower floor is a little slippery."

"We had an amazingly lovely time in this beautiful old house. It has just the right amount of modern conveniences to make it comfy while the ambience is all there. There's a Japanese vibe in the bathroom with a soaking tub set on polished stones. "
