• Absolutely NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO CANDLES & NO PETS!
• Parking: Parking is available in the shared driveway, located to the left of the building.
**All Apartment spots are noted on Garage Doors.**
• Please park in your designated parking spot ONLY (remember, you are only allowed ONE parking spot), and be sure to pull up close to the garage to ensure that all other Tenants we be able to get in and out of the driveway safely.
• NO sliding down railings.
• Guests: ONLY the agreed amount # of guests is allowed per agreement. If there are any other guests, please reach out to our management team.
• NO SUBLETTING PERMITTED.
• All Tenants are required to take out their own Apt # Labeled Trash Can to the curb every Sunday night for Garbage Pick Up Monday Morning, and must return it back to the parking/garage area by the end of the day on Monday.
• Artwork & Décor: We take great pride in our apartment building! Kindly refrain from removing or handling any of our artwork or décor. You are responsible if something is broken, damaged, or missing.
• ALL DOORS MUST be LOCKED at ALL TIMES when on the premises, and when leaving the premises for your safety, the safety of the other tenants and for the safety of our property.
• If there is SNOW or ICE outside, our management team has 24 hours to clean up and salt. There are Salt Bins & Shovels located near the driveway, and by both entryways. Please salt any areas that you feel are necessary, as it may take our team some time to arrive on premises during or after a storm. This action is requested from ALL Tenants in each apartment.
**NOTE: our team is not responsible for digging out Your Vehicle, or any other Tenants Vehicle during or after a snow storm. You will be contacted a maximum of 30 minutes before they arrive to remove your vehicle so that they can plow & salt.**
• Towels & Linens are included
• Refrigerator: Must be emptied of all perishables upon departure.
• Lost & Found: Per agreement, we are not responsible for the theft or loss of any of your personal items. If you leave something behind after departure that has been found, and need it shipped to you, you are responsible for the shipping fee(s) and insurance.
POOL & GRILL AREA RULES:
•THE POOL IS ONLY AVAILABLE PER RENT, PER HOUR (up to 20 people) SEPARATE FROM THIS AGREEMENT (you must speak to us directly), PROVIDED THAT THERE ARE NO OTHER VACATION GUESTS STAYING AT THE CAMBRIDGE MANOR HOUSE MANSION NEXT DOOR. **BE ADVISED! If you rent the Pool & Grill area per hour, you WILL NOT have access to the rest of the Mansion or it's facilities (i.e. bathrooms, kitchen etc). If you would like to rent Cambridge Manor House, you will have to book it separately.**
*POOL HOURS: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm (PER HOUR RENTAL ONLY!)
*NO GLASS of any kind permitted in patio/yard area or around pool. (Plastic Pool Glasses are provided for us in the minibar).
*Children under the age of 14 years and adult non-swimmers are not allowed to swim or be alone near or in the pool.
*No Music or Loud outside noise permitted past 11:00 pm.
*POOL VACUUM: if removing pool vacuum from the pool, be sure to PUT IT BACK AFTER YOUR TIME IS UP into the pool, or by 11:00 PM if you are renting in the evening, as it is set to automatically run it's cycles (failure to do so will ruin the machine, and the pool will not maintain its cleanliness).
*Feel FREE to REFILL the pool with the garden hose if you feel it necessary.
