If you are chasing sunshine and oceanside relaxation, then this is the perfect location for your next holiday on the Gold Coast. The Ballah Tower is situated beside the iconic Surfers Paradise Surf Life Saving Club directly across the road from the main beach.

Ballah sits above the Paradise Centre shopping complex which opens out onto Cavill Mall, the central hub of Surfers Paradise. It can sleep 4 guests, with an additional guest slept on a rollaway bed.

This spacious apartment on the 26th floor features:
Large lounge with 65″ Smart TV which opens onto a spacious balcony which offers sparkling ocean and city views.
Separate dining area with modern 6 piece dining set to enjoy meals while on your next Gold Coast holiday.
Fully equipped modern kitchen featuring quality stainless steel appliances and all cooking needs to enjoy meals in your home away from home.
Master bedroom offers a large Queen bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite which is accentuated with modern fittings and a spacious double shower.
Second bedroom accommodates guests on two single beds.

Ballah is conveniently positioned right in the heart of Surfers Paradise and sits on top of of the Paradise Centre Shopping Mall, convenient for all of your shopping needs during your Surfers Paradise holiday.

Other Things to Note:
As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.

Please Note: We do not supply pool/beach towels. We recommend either packing them from home or purchasing beach towels once you arrive in Surfers Paradise.

Before arriving at your accommodation you must collect the keys from our office on the day of check in.

Views were excellent. All facilities were included which was great for a long stay. Linen was at a poor standard, hairs were found on top of sheets and pillows. Sleeping pillows need to be changed over as bad stains and odours were very noticeable. Lounges were at dirty quality and we used sheets to cover to sit on and need steam cleaning with urgency.

Had a stunning view of the beach and the city too. Great location with supermarket, shopping, beach, restaurants, bars etc all in very close walking distance. Good sized balcony and great facilities. Pool is beautiful.

Conflicting information of WIFI access

Collected the keys in an envelope from the Drop box (This had a fact sheet (which I did not read) On entering the apartment and reading the apartment information book which advised WiFi access at a cost. I requested info and was advise via email to "read the fact sheet" where the Free WiFi access code was advised. However, having limited access to my emails- only read the response post our stay and on reading the email. We suggest that the conflicting WiFi access information is removed from within the apartment. Noticed that there was a presence of "fruit flies" in the apartment on all three days of our stay. Other than that the property was clean. On the nice to haves - Larger TV in the lounge would be nice.

Great location,clean and tidy

Perfect location with nice ocean views. Stayed during the Gold Coast music awards weekend,the unit looked straight onto the cavil av main stage. We thought Bub would get distracted by the noise but no problems. The only fault but minor was trying to get the air con to work. Cheers 5 stars from our little family,can’t wait to go back
