Great rooms. Clean, spacious and self-contained. We had a hard time checking in late at 10.00 pm as no-one answered either of the numbers we called and reception was not manned! Eventually we went in with other visitors when the door was open and found a bar tender at the gaming rooms who then chased up a receptionist ......... This process took almost 20 minutes!!

staff support lacking , lost my expensive sandals , not returned to me . We have to clean our room no room service , no breakfast nearby , if you are walking you have to walk some distance. Did not even empty garbage , poor service walls not sound proof nights could not sleep properly .
